Welcome to Checkout Tickets.

Checkout Tickets is a ticketing platform operated by SEO Global LLC ("SEO Global," "Checkout Tickets," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Checkout-Tickets.com and related websites, applications, and services.

By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or otherwise using Checkout Tickets, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Role

Checkout Tickets provides technology and ticketing services that allow independent event organizers, promoters, venues, attractions, and other businesses ("Event Organizers") to offer and distribute tickets to customers.

Unless SEO Global LLC is specifically identified as the organizer or producer of an event, Checkout Tickets and SEO Global LLC are not the organizer, promoter, producer, operator, venue, or performer associated with the event.

The Event Organizer is responsible for the event itself, including, as applicable:

• Event production and operation;
• Event dates, times, schedules, and programming;
• Performers, attractions, activities, and entertainment;
• Venue conditions and accessibility;
• Admission policies and requirements;
• Parking, traffic management, security, and crowd management;
• Changes, postponements, cancellations, or interruptions;
• Products, services, food, beverages, or merchandise provided at the event; and
• Representations made by the Event Organizer concerning the event.

Checkout Tickets provides the ticketing technology used to facilitate the transaction but cannot control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, representations, or performance of an independent Event Organizer.

2. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase a ticket through Checkout Tickets, you are purchasing admission to or participation in an event offered by the applicable Event Organizer.

You are responsible for reviewing the event information, including the event name, date, time, location, ticket quantity, and any restrictions or policies, before completing your purchase.

A ticket purchase is not complete until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.

Tickets may be subject to additional rules established by the Event Organizer or venue. By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to comply with those rules.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Ticket prices are established by the applicable Event Organizer unless otherwise indicated.

The amount displayed during checkout may include ticket prices, taxes, service fees, processing fees, facility fees, or other applicable charges.

You will have an opportunity to review the total amount of your transaction before completing your purchase.

4. Payment Processing

Payment processing for purchases made through Checkout Tickets is provided through Stripe and its payment-processing services.

SEO Global LLC does not directly receive or store your full payment-card number, card security code (CVV/CVC), or complete payment-card credentials. Sensitive payment credentials are collected and processed using Stripe's payment infrastructure.

Stripe may collect and process information in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

SEO Global LLC may receive limited information relating to a transaction that is necessary to administer your purchase, provide customer service, prevent fraud, process refunds, maintain transaction records, and operate Checkout Tickets. This may include information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, payment method type, card brand, and limited identifying information about the payment method.

5. Ticket Delivery

Tickets and purchase confirmations are generally delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout and/or made available through our ticket-management system.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and other contact information.

SEO Global LLC is not responsible for a customer's inability to receive a ticket because of an incorrect email address, spam filtering, mailbox limitations, device problems, loss of internet access, or similar circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you have completed a purchase but cannot locate your tickets, please contact Checkout Tickets or the applicable Event Organizer for assistance.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Refund, cancellation, exchange, and rescheduling policies may vary by event and are generally established by the Event Organizer.

The policy applicable to a particular purchase may be displayed during checkout, on the event page, in your ticket confirmation, or otherwise communicated by the Event Organizer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SEO Global LLC does not independently determine whether an event should be canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or refunded.

If an Event Organizer authorizes a refund, Checkout Tickets may facilitate that refund through the original payment method.

Service fees, processing fees, taxes, and other charges may be refundable or nonrefundable depending on the applicable event policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

Events may be canceled, postponed, relocated, shortened, interrupted, modified, or rescheduled by an Event Organizer for reasons including weather, safety concerns, performer availability, operational circumstances, governmental requirements, or other circumstances.

SEO Global LLC and Checkout Tickets are not responsible for losses or expenses arising from an Event Organizer's cancellation, postponement, relocation, modification, or operation of an event.

This includes incidental expenses such as transportation, lodging, parking, meals, lost wages, or other costs incurred in connection with attending an event.

Any refund or exchange resulting from an event change will be governed by the applicable Event Organizer's policies and applicable law.

8. Admission and Removal

Possession of a valid ticket does not guarantee admission if the ticket holder fails to comply with applicable venue or Event Organizer rules.

Event Organizers and venues may establish reasonable rules concerning admission, security, prohibited items, conduct, age restrictions, identification requirements, arrival times, re-entry, and other operational matters.

SEO Global LLC is not responsible for an Event Organizer's or venue's decision to deny admission or remove an attendee.

9. Lost, Stolen, Duplicated, or Unauthorized Tickets

You are responsible for protecting your ticket and any QR code, barcode, confirmation number, or other admission credential associated with it.

Do not publicly post or share ticket barcodes or QR codes.

Checkout Tickets and Event Organizers may refuse admission when a ticket has been duplicated, altered, counterfeited, fraudulently obtained, previously redeemed, or otherwise invalid.

10. Ticket Resale and Transfer

Tickets may be subject to transfer or resale restrictions established by the Event Organizer or applicable law.

SEO Global LLC does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from an unauthorized third party.

Tickets obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means may be canceled without admission.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a transaction was made incorrectly or without authorization, we encourage you to contact Checkout Tickets or the applicable Event Organizer so the issue can be investigated.

Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically establish that a customer is entitled to a refund.

SEO Global LLC and/or the Event Organizer may provide transaction records, ticket-delivery records, admission records, communications, applicable refund policies, and other relevant information to Stripe, financial institutions, card networks, or other parties involved in resolving a payment dispute.

Fraudulent use of payment disputes or chargebacks may result in cancellation of tickets or restriction of future use of Checkout Tickets where permitted by law.

12. Communications

By completing a transaction, you agree that Checkout Tickets and, where appropriate, the applicable Event Organizer may send you transactional communications necessary to administer your purchase.

These may include:

• Purchase confirmations;
• Tickets and admission information;
• Receipts;
• Event instructions;
• Schedule or location changes;
• Cancellation or postponement notices;
• Safety or operational information;
• Refund information; and
• Customer-service communications.

Transactional communications are not marketing communications and may be sent when reasonably necessary to service your purchase.

If you separately elect to receive promotional or marketing communications, you may also receive information about events, offers, announcements, and related services.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending transactional communications relating to your purchases.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use Checkout Tickets to:

• Violate applicable law;
• Commit or facilitate fraud;
• Interfere with the operation or security of our services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another person's information;
• Use automated systems to purchase tickets in violation of applicable law or stated ticket limits;
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our platform without authorization;
• Circumvent purchasing restrictions or security controls; or
• Misrepresent your identity or authority.

We may suspend or restrict access to our services when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Event Organizers, SEO Global LLC, or the integrity and security of Checkout Tickets.

14. Website Availability

We work to maintain a reliable ticketing service, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption.

SEO Global LLC does not guarantee that Checkout Tickets or its services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.

We may perform maintenance, modify services, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary.

15. Third-Party Services

Checkout Tickets may interact with third-party providers, including payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, Event Organizers, and other service providers.

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

SEO Global LLC is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, websites, products, or services of third parties.

16. Disclaimer Regarding Events

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO GLOBAL LLC AND CHECKOUT TICKETS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OPERATION, PERFORMANCE, CONTENT, OR EXPERIENCE OF AN EVENT ORGANIZED OR OPERATED BY AN INDEPENDENT EVENT ORGANIZER.

SEO GLOBAL LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT AN EVENT WILL OCCUR AS ADVERTISED OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR PERFORMER, ATTRACTION, ACTIVITY, PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR EXPERIENCE WILL BE AVAILABLE.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEO GLOBAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF CHECKOUT TICKETS OR ATTENDANCE AT AN EVENT.

SEO GLOBAL LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS, DELAY, CANCELLATION, INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER HARM CAUSED BY AN INDEPENDENT EVENT ORGANIZER, VENUE, PERFORMER, VENDOR, OTHER ATTENDEE, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEO Global LLC and its affiliates, members, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Checkout Tickets, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

19. Privacy

Your use of Checkout Tickets is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

20. Changes to These Terms

SEO Global LLC may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Checkout Tickets, our business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The "Last Updated" date at the top identifies the most recent revision.

Changes will become effective when posted unless applicable law requires additional notice.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Any dispute concerning these Terms or Checkout Tickets will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions separately presented to and accepted by the user.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any event-specific terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of Checkout Tickets.
